The Dakota County Technical College will offer an
Entrepreneur Certificate Program in the summer of 2002, which combines small
business management studies with an in-depth analysis of ways new business
ventures are created, designed, developed and operated. The program is
designed to act as a stand-alone course for individuals with existing skills,
and as a complementary course to a variety of existing technical programs.
